Hope you all are doing well. I know its been a really long time but I will try my best to be a bit more active on this blog.

This one is all about walnuts. They are widely available. Walnuts are rich source of energy and has nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins that are really beneficial for our health. They have higher antioxidant activity than any other common nut. In about a 100 grams of walnuts, they provide 654 calories and is a source of healthy fats, potassium, magnesium, vitamin B-6, calcium and other minerals. They are also a good source of dietary fibers.

- It nourishes hair making them healthier from root to the ends.

- It boosts heart health and reduce the risk of dying with heart related problems by 10% and improves blood pressure.
